Day Four – May 12th. Gearing up for all things graduation. Which happens tomorrow. Today is the school’s Convocation. One of my really good friend’s son also is graduating from Brandon Hall tomorrow, so we attended the Convocation together. It was a really nice event, with lots of academic awards given.
T with friends. Seniors also graduating. It was great watching the camaraderie taking place.
These are the memories that T will always have. Although he probably is just really thinking about being done and getting out! LOL
The yearbooks were distributed.
I had a sign made and placed it in our front yard for T to see when he got home. A little teary as I was setting it up.
While waiting for the Senior Banquet later in the evening, I was able to work a little on Week in the Life. I use Lightroom and Photoshop for all my photo editing. Have done for a number of years. Mostly, I can get the results I want.
The Senior Banquet was a full house. About 45 seniors and their families – from all over the world – gathered to celebrate the success of our graduates. A little roasting also was involved. The sharing of stories and laughter. I know T will remember this event always.
Each senior received a gift from the school. And, their senior pictures.
One last look at the school. Quiet before tomorrow’s big event.
And my youngest with his Dad. Wonder what they’re talking about.
